I always come back to this place because it's perfect for my trip. The staff helped me with a taxi once. It has everything I need - Wi-Fi, parking, kitchen utensils, AC, TV, restaurant, and a pool! No regrets!

Enjoyed the wide range of Vietnamese and Italian dishes at the in-house Garden Restaurant, and the 2000m² orchid garden was a real treat. loved the convenience of room service and the complimentary bikes.

Mattress felt like sleeping on a slab of concrete. Sweet dreams!

I absolutely loved the beautiful orchid garden at the hotel. It was such a delight to stroll through, surrounded by vibrant flowers and natural beauty. The hotel's decoration was charming and added to the serene atmosphere of the place. The general areas, like the breakfast area and poolside, were well-maintained and provided a tranquil environment to relax and enjoy. As a senior woman, I found the hotel to be easily accessible with well-lit pathways and comfortable seating areas, perfect for taking breaks and enjoying the surroundings.

The only thing I would suggest for a better vacation for senior people is for the children working there to be a bit more attentive and accommodating. While they were generally helpful and kind, there were a few instances where I felt they could have been more proactive in assisting with certain requests or providing information.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at The Hoi An Orchid Garden Villas in Hoi An for a business trip, and I must say that I was extremely impressed. My director chose this hotel for our stay, and it turned out to be a fantastic choice.

Fantastic fresh breakfast, including fresh fruit and special waffles. Fruit smoothies and Vietnamese coffee available daily. Lovely pool and beautiful setting among flowers. Helpful and hardworking staff. Family rooms with multiple bathrooms and kitchenette. So much more than expected!

The rooms were bright and comfortable, with plenty of natural lighting. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, surprising us with a cake for our anniversary and serving us tea and pancakes upon arrival. The breakfasts were delicious and cooked to order, with a variety of options to choose from. We also loved the beautifully maintained gardens and sparkling pool.

Some of the rooms could have been cleaner, and the beds were a bit small for our liking. the hotel's location was a bit far from the old town, making it inconvenient to walk with children.
